This is one of the best shrimp dumpling egg noodle soup in the city of San Jose. I've had better in Cupertino and San Francisco, but this is the best I found in San Jose. It's relatively cheap, and the shrimp doesn't have that farm raised smell. The taste is good without any soy sauce for the dumpling. The dumplings are steamed, and then put in the soup, so it is not soggy. The noodle is cooked al-dente, not soggy. There is a little hint of MSG in the soup base though, otherwise, its mostly chicken broth and sesame oil (standard soup base for this HK dish). I mean if you like Hong Kong style food, this is the best place in San Jose, as most other dim sum places in San jose are run by half vietnamese/chinese people...
