This dish really surprised me. The raspberry sauce was a very interesting touch to the seared ahi. Definitely an unexpected delight.

The risotto is made to perfection. With the crispy outer layer, it makes for the perfect dish to get the palate going.

I love the crispiness of these rolls. It's definitely a nice change to the regular eggrolls you can get anywhere. When you dunk the eggrolls in the fish sauce the flavors really complement each other. Awesome appetizer to any dish at Hometown Noodle.

If you don't like to decide between your fries and onion rings, get the frings. Not only do you get the best of both worlds, but both are deep fried to perfection providing an amazing crunch.

This dish is not something that you usually find in a Japanese restaurant, but definitely a welcome surprise. Kinda like a Japanese twist to jalenpeno poppers. A yummy start to your meal.
