rice pudding is like creamy tapioca. loving cup serves different delicious rice puddings. you can also order lots of different toppings to jazz it up. i got the madagascar vanilla bean (the best vanilla comes from madagascar) rice pudding with a chocolate ganache bottom and english toffee topping. wowza! i was loving my cup.

My first real souffle experience was at Cafe Jacqueline. Jacqueline makes many varieties of savory souffles but my favorite by a mile is the strawberry souffle. Light, airy and perfectly sweet from the fresh strawberries. Its like eating warm ice cream.

Amy's Ice Cream is a local favorite in Austin. The ice cream is made daily and they have a rotating menu of creative flavors. You can also add toppings/mix-ins to any flavor. I love blueberry ice cream so I was excited to taste their blueberry muffin. Moist muffin pieces added to really creamy sweet vanilla/blueberry ice cream is pure genius. Amy, you are my kind of gal.
