You know the Buffalo they have roaming around the preserve in Golden Gate park? I've got dibs on the one that looks like an extra from Dances with Wolves.
The Buffalo burgers at Bullshead are juicy and made to order with 13 different burger options. Good news too, they're healthy for you. A crispy side of onion rings rounds out the deliscious meal. Now, every time I walk by the Buffalo in the Park I start to drool.
My only complaint is that Bullshead doesn't offer milkshakes to wash these tasty plain herders down.
King of Thai is a great place to grab a quick bite. Eat in or take it to go. My fave dish is the Pad Kee Mao with Pork. Each bite is packed with a few noodles, small bits of minced pork, and maybe a veggie if you're lucky. Add in a good amount of spicyness and multiple taste buds are satisfied.
Yum Yum Fish is a hole-in-the-wall seafood market/sushi counter. The donburis are especially yum yum. Fresh, thick cuts of salmon and tuna over a generous plate of sushi rice and all for a great price.
Very good kimchee fried rice from the chicken poo house. Would be even better if it were served in a hot stone bowl (would've said it in Korean...dol sot?....but wasn't sure).
