Simple dish. I can't really say its a taiwanese dish, as this is a popular dish in korean and japanese cuisine also. But these noodles are like thinner version of spaghetti. I think they are egg nooldes. The soya sauce is like a sweet soy sauce that you mix in when you get the dish. Comes with thinly shredded ham, cucumber, cilantro and carrots and minced peanuts. It is a very light meal. Everytime Im around cupertino, I always stop here to get this dish.

The sweet white bun they used is the same for the "banh bao". I'm not sure of the english name. Anyhow, this is a sweet and sour burger. The pulled pork meat is sweet. the cabbage is sweet and sour, the bun is sweet, and then they sprinkle more sugar. I guess you have to like sweet stuff to like this burger
