This is the best thing I have ever eaten in my life. When you put all the components together, it's just heaven in your mouth. Be sure not to forget to eat it with the thai chili slices. Trust me it makes a difference.

How do you improve on cake and icecream? Deep fry it in a light tempura batter! It's fun, it's yummy, it's heaven!

As far as caterpillar rolls go, this one is my favorite. It's a pretty common dish at Japanese restaurants now. I've tried them at other places, but I always like this one best. I think it may be the sauce, or the crunchy tempura shrimp inside. I like that it actually kinda looks like a caterpillar too. This roll paired with the crunch spicy tuna is a good dinner for me. yum

This is one of my favorite rolls. The freshness of the tuna is excellent, the crunchy tempura really gives the roll a good texture, and it always looks amazing coming to your table.

This dish is not something that you usually find in a Japanese restaurant, but definitely a welcome surprise. Kinda like a Japanese twist to jalenpeno poppers. A yummy start to your meal.
