Some people love belgian waffles but I much prefer the classic-style of waffles with small squares. Manor's waffles are nice and crispy and have a great eggy flavor. Even when you drench your waffles with syrup, the waffle's flavor shines through.

Served with their famous salad, mashed or baked potato, yorkshire pudding and creamed spinach. And if you finish your entree, they offer another thin slice to top a great meal off.
Pearl’s is one of the few restaurants in the city that serves buffalo burgers. Buffalo tastes very similar to beef but has less cholesterol and fat than chicken. I ordered the Phat Bobb which was cooked to medium rare and loaded with BBQ sauce, cheese and onion rings, this burger was awesomely big and delicious. Wash your burgers down with any of their milkshakes – my favorite is mint oreo.
Amy's Ice Cream is a local favorite in Austin. The ice cream is made daily and they have a rotating menu of creative flavors. You can also add toppings/mix-ins to any flavor. I love blueberry ice cream so I was excited to taste their blueberry muffin. Moist muffin pieces added to really creamy sweet vanilla/blueberry ice cream is pure genius. Amy, you are my kind of gal.
A neighborhood favorite with only 10 counter seats. Watch the quiet korean couple dance around each other while they make delicious breakfast items. Crispy hashbrowns filled with marinated meat and cheese - its an upgrade from a regular breakfast burrito. Go early or be prepared to wait in line. If you go, tell Sara I said hello!
