If you are craving a gut busting, southern style bbq, Bub's is the one of the best you will find in New England. A stone's throw from UMass, students and locals pack this small shack on the outer edge of Amherst. I just finished this meal and I don't think I can eat for another day or two.
This was one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life. The restaurant is set in the "old west" style of Jackson and offers a huge menu of hardy steak and game style dishes.
