broasters is to kfc as in n out is to mcdonalds.
In other words, it is simple, tasty, and cheap. And it is made to order.
no bells and whistles, unless you count a random korean menu as a whistle.
I love the fried chicken here. The skin isn't as tasty as KFC, but that's okay, the meat is juicy and doesn't taste like oil. Very good chicken for fast food. Chicken tastes like it was just fried.
As classic fried chicken goes, Broasters has got it right. No bells and whistles. No fancy shmancy flavors. Just good old fried chicken with a very cripsy layer of skin. Very juicy and delicious, definitely better than KFC and less oily.
