At first I was apprehensive about a sauceless pizza. But after I took a bite I wasn't missing it at all. The crust is awesome, the mozzerella was good, but the ricotta, oh man, it is a delicious glob of sweet velvety heaven. I thought I hated ricotta cheese, but this made me a believer. Yuummmmmm.
