A thin rice noodle called bun in vietnamese topped with grilled chicken combined with chopped mint leaves, bean sprouts, shredded lettuce, cucumber, and garnished with toasted peanuts, served with house special fish sauce.
A very fresh spring like tasting dish. If I'm not eating pho, this is the dish I go for. The veggies are very fresh and the fish sauce is awesome. The chicken is moist and very delicious.
