The tortilla was crispy while remaining chewy. The filling is your standard burrito filling but stuffed generously. I ordered the spicy pork but the meat was too mild for my liking. I recommend this chimichanga for the size and it's excellent tortilla. And boy was it filling. Only took eating half of the chimichanga to fill me up for the day.
