Basically, I've started calling this dish "Crackcino" because every two weeks or so I have to swing by the Pantry and get it. Pretty simple stuff: eggs, rice, and tocino. The way they marinate the tocino really makes it. It not too syrup-y like I've had from various asian markets and they serve it with a side of red-wine vinegar for dipping. And the family owned Pantry is always a joy to be around, they're like my own second family, and I think I've put their kids through college with how often I've had this dish :) . Make sure to get some lumpia to go with.
